These Terms govern your use of GainUP&UP (the "Platform"). By using the Platform you agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of services

The Platform is a business/document services marketplace. It is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or legal representation. Services include agreement drafting, review, revision, redrafting, comparison, and customization support.

2. Account and eligibility

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Orders and payment

Work begins only after successful payment. Order scope is defined by the selected package and add-ons. Rush and enterprise engagements may be subject to separate terms.

4. Customer responsibilities

• Provide accurate intake information and documents.
• Use documents lawfully in your jurisdiction.
• Obtain independent legal advice where appropriate.

5. Deliverables and revisions

Deliverables are subject to the scope of the selected package. Revisions are limited by package tier and any additional revision add-ons purchased.

6. Prohibited uses

You may not use the Platform for illegal, fraudulent, or high-risk requests. We reserve the right to reject or cancel such orders.

7. Intellectual property

Templates, methodologies, and non-customer content on the Platform remain owned by GainUP&UP. Delivered customer-specific documents are licensed to the customer for their use.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, GainUP&UP is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific order at issue.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws referenced in your order documentation, or otherwise as agreed in writing.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
