Refund Policy

One-time packages
- No refund is available once drafting, review, or filing-preparation work has begun.
- Failed payment means no work starts; you may retry payment.
- Duplicate charges are eligible for review and refund.
- Cancellations requested before work begins may be reviewed for a partial refund, less processing fees.
- Rush fees are non-refundable once rush work begins.
- Add-ons that have been substantially delivered (e.g., completed compare/review, formatting) are non-refundable.
Compliance work
- Compliance-readiness deliverables (checklists, dashboards, calendars, filing packages) are non-refundable once delivered.
- Government fees, state filing fees, license fees, and any third-party professional fees are always non-refundable. These are collected by government agencies or third parties, not by us.
- License and permit outcomes depend on government approvals and are not guaranteed. Non-approval by a government authority is not grounds for refund of service fees.
Monthly subscriptions
- Monthly Compliance Desk plans are billed in advance for the coming month.
- You may cancel at any time. Canceling stops future renewal — it does not refund the current or prior billing periods.
- Enterprise plans are governed by their separate written terms.
Refund processing
- Refunds, when approved, are returned to the original payment method within the payment processor's standard timeline.
- Custom enterprise engagements are subject to separate written terms that override this policy.
How to request a refund
Open the relevant order or subscription in your dashboard and send a refund request message, or contact us through the Contact page with your order or subscription number and a short explanation.
