GainUP&UP is not a law firm. GainUP&UP is a business services platform providing agreement drafting, review, redrafting, business-document preparation, compliance-readiness services, and business setup support.
What we are, and what we are not
- GainUP&UP is not a law firm, tax firm, accounting firm, or registered agent, unless separately engaged in writing with a licensed professional we introduce.
- Nothing on this platform, in our documents, dashboards, checklists, or communications is legal advice, tax advice, financial advice, immigration advice, or investment advice.
- No attorney-client, accountant-client, or fiduciary relationship is created by using GainUP&UP.
- Our work is document services and compliance-readiness — preparing documents, checklists, dashboards, and coordinating reminders and filings. It is not a substitute for a licensed attorney, tax professional, or licensed local counsel.
Coverage limits
- Agreement work is available worldwide (including the EU) subject to the countries listed on the Agreements page.
- Compliance work is strictly limited to the United States and the United Arab Emirates. We do not perform compliance work in any other country.
- Government fees, state filing fees, license fees, and any third-party professional fees are always separate from our service fees.
- License, permit, and formation outcomes depend on government approvals and are not guaranteed by GainUP&UP.
Regulated matters
Crypto, blockchain, Web3, token, NFT, DAO, healthcare, finance, food, education, and cross-border matters are automatically flagged. For these, we strongly recommend involving a licensed local attorney, tax professional, or industry-specific specialist. You accept that GainUP&UP's services in these areas are document preparation and coordination only.
Cross-border matters
Cross-border transactions involve multiple jurisdictions with independent laws, taxes, licenses, and enforcement regimes. Our work identifies documentation risks but does not substitute for jurisdiction-specific legal or tax analysis by a licensed professional in each country involved.
Order acceptance and rejection
- Work starts only after payment clears. Failed payment means work does not start.
- GainUP&UP may reject orders that are illegal, high-risk, incomplete, or outside our coverage. In such cases we refund unstarted service fees; government/third-party fees are non-refundable.
- Turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees.
- Revisions are limited by the selected package.
- Refunds are subject to the Refund Policy.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, for lawful use of all documents, and for engaging a licensed professional where our work indicates one is recommended or required.
