FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Plain answers to the questions we get most often.

Are you a law firm or attorneys?
No. GainUP&UP is a business and document services platform. We are not a law firm, we do not provide legal representation, and nothing on this platform is legal advice.
Are your compliance services actual compliance filings?
We provide compliance-readiness services: dashboards, checklists, reminders, document preparation, and coordination. We do not act as a licensed registered agent, tax filer, or attorney of record.
Which countries do you cover for agreements?
Agreement work is available worldwide, including the EU, US, UK, Middle East, and other jurisdictions listed on the Agreements page. Country availability may vary by document complexity.
Which countries do you cover for compliance?
Compliance work is strictly limited to the United States and the United Arab Emirates.
What's the difference between the Agreement Desk and the Compliance Desks?
The Agreement Desk drafts, reviews, revises, and redrafts business documents worldwide. The USA and UAE Compliance Desks focus on formation readiness, license readiness, renewals, and ongoing compliance calendars for those two jurisdictions.
Do you help with crypto, Web3, tokens, or NFTs?
Yes, at a document-services level. Crypto, Web3, and blockchain matters are auto-flagged and generally require review by licensed local counsel. We can prepare documents and support materials, but we do not substitute for regulatory or securities counsel.
Do you cover regulated industries like healthcare, finance, food, or education?
Yes at a document-services level. These industries are auto-flagged and we recommend involving a licensed industry specialist alongside our work.
Do your prices include government fees?
No. Government fees, third-party professional fees, licensed local counsel work, and taxes are always separate from our service fees.
What's the difference between one-time packages and monthly plans?
Packages are one-time engagements for a specific document or filing. Monthly Compliance Desk plans are ongoing coverage — trackers, calendars, reminders, and priority handling.
How does the 'Other' option work?
Any 'Other' selection in a dropdown (country, industry, entity type, timeline, agreement type) triggers a required specify field. You cannot advance the order until it's filled.
How many revisions do I get?
Revisions are limited by package. Essential Review includes one round; Business Draft includes two; Premium and higher include three. Extra rounds can be added.
What's the delivery timeline?
Standard delivery is 5–7 business days for most agreements. Premium and rush have their own turnarounds. Compliance work is quoted by scope and depends on government processing times.
Can I cancel a monthly subscription?
Yes. Cancel any time. Canceling stops future renewal — it does not refund periods already served.
Can I get a refund on a one-time order?
See our Refund Policy. Once drafting, review, or filing preparation begins, refunds are generally not available. Government fees are non-refundable.
Is my data secure?
Uploaded files are used only to process your order and stored per order with access limited to our team and you. Do not upload highly sensitive personal data unless necessary.
Do you file documents with the government on my behalf?
We prepare filing-ready documents and checklists and coordinate with you or your licensed professional to submit them. Actual filing on your behalf as agent of record is not part of the standard service.
What happens after I pay?
Work starts only after payment clears. If payment fails, work does not start. You'll see your order in your dashboard with a division-specific status tracker.
What if I need help I don't see listed?
Use the 'Not sure / need evaluation' service type or contact us. If it's outside our scope we'll tell you directly and, where possible, refer you to a licensed professional.
